WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR?

• Solids, neutrals, or simple patterns are best.

• Please avoid graphics or neon clothing.

• Please make sure they are comfortable.

HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU TAKE OF EACH CHILD?

• I typically will deliver 2-10 images in the child’s gallery.

• I always respect the temperament of the child and won’t force anything. Some kids are willing and ready to give me a variety of expressions and some are more reserved.

WHEN + HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY CHILD’S PORTRAITS?

• *ALL ORDERING IS DONE ONLINE*

• Within 3 weeks of picture day, you will receive an email with a link to view the galleries. Your child will have their own gallery from which you can view and order from. Only the school and parents/guardians will have access to the galleries. They will be password protected and only those with the direct link and password will have access.

• I recommend viewing and ordering images on a computer vs. your cell phone.

• Your child’s gallery will have approximately 2-10 images in both color & black and white.

• Galleries will be live for 2 weeks and all orders must be placed within that time frame. Digital images are available for purchase and you will be emailed a download link after ordering.

• The ordering process is simple, secure, and done completely online. Once orders have been placed, your photos and products will be delivered to the school within 4 weeks and you can pick them up at the school.

DO YOU RETOUCH THE IMAGES?

I do basic retouching to the images. If you have any advanced retouching requests, it is $10 per image or $30 for the entire gallery (i.e. removing stains on clothing, scratches or blemishes on skin, temporary tattoos, etc).
